Mr. Mei Zhigang has 26 years of auditing experience. He was previously a partner of Zhongrui Yuehua Certified Public Accountants Limited and Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP. He has accumulated rich experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and liquidation.

Mr. Mei Zhigang was committed in education. He was a moderator on the accounting webinar hosted by the National Accounting Institute in Shanghai. Mr. Mei was a lecturer of the Master of Accountancy of the School of Economics (School of Accountancy) of Yunnan University.

He also participated in developing and training of the Accounting Standards for Small Enterprises and joint projects organised by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State Administration of Taxation, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the China Banking Regulatory Commission.
